At PRIOMA, every order is thoughtfully packed and carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your little one's outfit reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During festive seasons, sales or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed.


Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹150 is applicable on all orders unless otherwise mentioned during a promotional offer.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:

Within Mumbai: Approximately 2–3 business days

Rest of India: Approximately 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via the contact information provided at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Natural calamities

Courier partner delays

Operational disruptions

PRIOMA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. However, we will always do our best to help track and resolve any shipping concerns.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order.

PRIOMA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If a shipment is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package or an incorrect address, the customer may be required to bear the shipping charges for re-dispatch.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit, we request that you:

Take photographs of the package before opening it.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your Order Number along with photographs of the package and product.

We will investigate the matter and assist you with an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At present, PRIOMA ships only within India.
