Refund policy

Size Exchange

We understand that choosing the right size for growing little ones can sometimes be challenging.

If the purchased size does not fit, we are happy to offer a one-time size exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The requested size must be available in stock.
  • If the required size is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same value or opt for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

To help you choose the right fit, every product includes a detailed Size Guide. Our garments are also thoughtfully designed with a comfortable fit to allow ease of movement for children.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective and a replacement is unavailable.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered and a replacement is unavailable.
  • The requested exchange size is unavailable and you choose not to select another available product.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (size exchange is available as per this policy).
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable, except where the return or refund is due to an error on the part of PRIOMA.


Product Appearance

We make every effort to ensure that our product images accurately represent the colours, fabrics and details of each garment.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography and individual display devices. Such minor variations shall not be considered a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for return or refund.

As every garment is thoughtfully crafted, minor variations in fabric texture or stitching that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product may naturally occur.
